Fabienne Dulac has worked for over twenty years in the telecommunications sector. She holds a Master of Political Sociology at Sciences Po Paris. After beginning a sociology doctorate of public action, Fabienne Dulac began her career at the Ministry of Interior.
She joined the corporate world in 1993 with VTCOM, multimedia services development company at the time of the emergence of the Internet and the emergence of a new industry, as head of communications and marketing.
Fabienne integrates Dulac France Telecom in 1997 in the newly created Multimedia Division. His responsibilities in the field of marketing and communication extend to all media activities of France Telecom in various subsidiaries as Wanadoo, Voila, Mappy. For ten years, she held various positions in marketing, business development and customer relations, and accompanying market transformation and enterprise, the development of new business areas and customer experience at the heart of the strategy of the operator.
In 2008, she became Director of Sales and Online Customer Relations at Orange France; it innovates in the field and impulse the digital transformation of the company’s sales and customer relations.
In 2011, Fabienne became head of Orange France and North Branch provides control of an operational entity over 5500 employees .
In September 2013, she was appointed Communications Director of Orange France.
In August 2015, Fabienne Dulac, became head of Orange France.
